Set aside up to 2 hours (scans and transfers run on their own — you don't have to sit there).

Ongoing admin work, multiple devices and vendor calls.

No surprises.
- 10% off for seniors, military and first responders. Tick the box when you book.
- A second computer in the same session is half price.
- Hardware repairs, data recovery beyond software-level work, and third-party licence costs are not included.
- If it’s a bigger job than you booked, we tell you before continuing. Extra time always needs your OK.
- No fix, no charge: if Tim can’t fix the problem, you don’t pay. This doesn’t apply if the fix needs more time than you booked and you choose not to add it. See the terms.
If plans change
Reschedule from the link in your booking confirmation. If you no-show or cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, the session is forfeited but can be rebooked once at no charge within 30 days.
