One computer, one issue. If it turns out to be a bigger job, we tell you before continuing and you only pay the difference. Prices include Ohio sales tax (6.75%).

Tim owns CreaTech Innovations and works from Xenia, Ohio. The person who calls you is the person who fixes it. Not a call center, not a queue.

You stay in control

Sessions run on Zoho Assist. You enter the code, you approve the connection, you can end it any time, and nothing stays installed.

No scare tactics, ever

Do I need to install anything?

Zoho Assist downloads a small one-time connector when you join. It closes when the session ends and doesn’t stay running.

Is remote support safe?

You approve the connection, you see the screen the whole time, and you can disconnect with one click. We never ask for passwords by email or text.

What if it’s a bigger job than I booked?

We’ll tell you before continuing. If you go ahead, you only pay the difference between sessions — never a surprise charge.

Mac or Windows?

Both. Also Chromebooks for basic help.

Do you support businesses?

Yes — most of our customers are small businesses in southwest Ohio. See business hourly support and prepaid hour blocks.

Can you come on-site?

SupportMojo is remote-only. For on-site work around Xenia, Dayton and Cincinnati, contact CreaTech Innovations.

How do I pay?

Online by card through Stripe when you book a session. Business hourly work is invoiced and hour blocks are prepaid.
